• Please note that trial period returns will not be accepted if the product has any signs of human-caused damage.

• To ensure fairness, each household is limited to one trial per product series.

How to Return:

1. Contact our support team first to obtain return authorization. Once approved, we will provide a return label, and the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

2. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team within 120 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for the return. If applicable, please include a video demonstrating any defects or malfunctions.

3. Securely pack the item, ensuring it is in its original packaging, and include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the package.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, We will process a refund within 1–5 business days.

5. Return shipping costs:

• If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary based on the carrier chosen.

• If the return is due to product defects or incorrect items sent, XENSURI will cover the return shipping costs.
