What is cold therapy?
Cold therapy uses cold water immersion to boost recovery by constricting blood vessels and reducing inflammation. Methods include ice baths, cold showers, and cryo-chambers. XENSURI focuses on ice baths, as research shows they offer the most effective and comprehensive benefits for recovery, performance, and overall well-being.
When and how often to ice bath?
It depends on your goals. For endurance, cool before, during, or after training. For strength, wait at least four hours post-training. For overall well-being, ice baths post-training work best. Just 11 minutes per week (2-3 sessions) can boost metabolism and enhance recovery, according to research.
What’s the best ice bath temperature?
Experts recommend 8-15°C (46.4-59°F) for 1-10 minutes. Start warmer and shorter, then adjust as you adapt. Over time, lower temperatures or longer sessions enhance recovery and resilience. Advanced users go as low as 3°C (37.4°F)—which is why our ice baths can reach extreme lows!
How long should I stay in an ice bath?
Ideal ice bath duration varies by tolerance, temperature, and experience, typically ranging from 1 to 2 minutes. Start at 10°C (50°F) with shorter sessions, gradually increasing time as you adapt. Once comfortable, lower the temperature to maximize benefits while maintaining safety and challenge.
Are ice baths just for athletes?
Ice baths benefit everyone, not just athletes. They aid recovery, boost mood by stimulating dopamine, and promote fat loss by activating brown fat. Ideal for performance optimization, they enhance endurance, mental resilience, and metabolism. Ice baths offer maximum benefits in minimal time, making them great for overall well-being.
Why is an ice bath better than a cold shower or cryo-chamber?
Cold showers help, but ice baths unlock true cold therapy. They activate all skin receptors at once, triggering a protective response, releasing feel-good hormones, and reducing cortisol. What are the shipping time and cost?

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
Please note that processing time may take 1-2 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Cost
• Standard Shipping: $30 ($20 for orders over $99)
• Economy Shipping: $20 (Free for orders over $99)
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free economy shipping on all orders over $99 within the U.S.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
• However, before the order ships, we will do our best to accommodate address updates. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.We partner with FedEx, and you can track your shipment directly on their official website.
My order was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to initiate a shipping insurance claim.
Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and may result in no compensation being provided.
Refund & Return
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is processed. Please contact us at support@xensuri.com as soon as possible.
• A 5% cancellation fee applies to standard payments.
• If paid via PayPal, the cancellation fee is 7%.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
What are the return conditions?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request must be made within 120 days of receiving the product.
•The product must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and accessories, and without significant wear or functional damage. Only non-human-caused damage is eligible for return. If any signs of human-caused damage are found, the return will not be accepted.
• This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on XENSURI’s official website. If purchased through a third party, their return policies will apply.
How do I initiate an exchange or return?
If you need to request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer support team for approval before returning any item. Once authorized, we will provide a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Submit Your Request:
• For exchanges, please contact our support team within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• For returns, please reach out within 120 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for the exchange or return. If applicable, include a video demonstrating any defects or malfunctions.
3. Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, and include a note inside the package with your order number, name, and reason for the exchange or return.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 1-5 business days.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Please note that If the return or exchange is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Will there be any restocking fees?
Yes, the following fees may apply:
• If an order is canceled before shipping, a 5% processing fee applies (7% if paid via PayPal).
• If any parts or items are missing in a returned package, we will charge a fee based on the missing item’s value.
• If the returned item is damaged due to human factors, a repair fee will be deducted from the refund.
How will I receive my refund?
• PayPal refunds: Up to 48 hours.
• Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
• Klarna: We will process the submission to the bank within one business day.
The exact time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank’s processing speed.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

When do the trial period and warranty period begin?
Both are calculated from the date of delivery.
Can I return the product during the trial period?
Yes, if you are not satisfied, you can request a return within the 120-day trial period. Please note that trial period returns will not be accepted if the product has any signs of human-caused damage.

What situations are covered under the warranty?

• Structural integrity of the product under normal usage conditions
How to File a Warranty Claim?
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@xensuri.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
2. Assessment: Our team will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or photos.
3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. In some cases, a replacement part may be provided instead of a full product replacement.
