Very happy with this cold plunge and chiller. Especially the ability to program it so that the plunge is only cold for the portion of the day that I’ll be using the cold plunge. But the reason why I’m really writing this review is because of the customer service. I had an issue with a sensor on the pump, so I called the customer service number for help, and reached the owner who was extremely helpful and available.

We have had this system for about a month now and love it. Being able to use the app to turn it on and off and view the temperature is a great feature along with the ability to set the timers. Have change out the water once in a month which was an easy process. We are very happy overall.

I've been very happy with the quality of this product and the customer service as well. It works as it should and I like the portability. I had an issue with the plunge a few months after purchase so I emailed the support email. Within 6 minutes, I received a response and I was able to get on a video call so he could see and hear what my issue was. He resolved it in no time at all as the issue wasn't anything to do with the product but an installation error I had made. I'm very happy with the purchase and will be recommending it to others.

I emailed the support team at [****] to ask how long I should run the chiller to ensure adequate water circulation each week. This thing is the BOMB! Keeps itself clean and temperature can be adjusted. Very sturdy and well made. We got in today at 48 degrees and I am impressed that it cooled down so quickly. It is much better doing this inside than going in the pool when it is already cold outside!

Love This Cold Tub - Totally Worth It!
Love this tub! Had it for 5 weeks now. Super easy to install - took maybe 30 minutes tops. No leaks at all. I keep it at 50 degrees and run the pump/filter from 6-8 AM and 4-6 PM. Holds temp really well when it's off, even though it's over 100 degrees here right now.
Added chemicals per the instructions and haven't needed to add anything in over 4 weeks. Love that the lid straps have a child lock combo you can set yourself.
About to change the water since we use it almost daily, and the filter looks ready to swap out too (dusty here in Arizona). The app is a bit glitchy but works fine. Tried 39 degrees once - way too cold for me. It's got a heat function too, but it comes turned off. Easy to find in the app settings though.
Was hesitant about the price at first, but totally worth it. Really high quality stuff.
