- Challenge begins the day of or day after registration
- One entry per household

- Submit ice bath photo or video each day as proof
- Post to any public social platform — multi-platform OK
- Must include official Xensuri hashtag or @mention
- One check-in counted per calendar day across all platforms
- Submissions must be made within 24 hours of each session
- Phase 1 (Days 1–15): 1 make-up day allowed
- Phase 2 (Days 16–30): 1 make-up day allowed
- Phase 3: 3 sub-phases with 1 make-up each
- Make-ups do not carry over between phases
- Each phase reviewed within 7 days of claim submission
- All check-in content reviewed via submitted links
- Cash back (Phase 2) sent to PayPal within 3 days of approval

Phase 1 and 2 allow 1 make-up each. Phase 3 has 3 sub-phases with 1 make-up each. They don't carry over.
Q — When is cash back paid?
